Job Description
Amerisource Industrial is searching for an Account Executive responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading a territory to meet Company sales and profit goals. The right candidate will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales account executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company:client relationships at a high standard. Experience selling total value, product category programs and supply chain solutions is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
:Manage key accounts
:Act as the point of contact for clients
:Identify new potential customers
:Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
:Resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
:The ability to contribute to and lead cross functional teams
:Set strategy, implement and execute the sales plan across account package
:Top line sales and gross margin contribution to the organization
:Ensure budget and time requirements are met
:Stay up:to:date with new features and product launches
:Establish best practices
:Monitor dashboard and report on sales performance analytics
:Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Requirements
:Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
:Hands on experience with customer service
:An ability to grasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
:Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
:Understanding of sales performance metrics
:Excellent communication and negotiation skills
:Analytical and time:management skills
:Top line sales and gross margin contribution to the organization
:Participate in annual sales budget and margin contribution process
:Develop and execute sales and marketing plans and activities required to increase sales
:Monthly execution of key performance scorecard
:Report changes in the market, the customer and the competition to senior management
:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite : Power point, Word, Excel and Access
:Willing to work closely with leadership to deliver an excellent customer experience
:Self:motivated to deliver to the sales and operational success of the company
:Demonstrate excellent verbal and non:verbal communication skills
:Maintain a professional, well:groomed appearance
:Obvious enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in work
Education and Experience
:Bachelor degree is preferred, Masters degree in Management is a plus
:Sales experience in solution selling, consultative selling and/or industrial supplies or a similar industry is a plus
:Large account management and complex sales experience will be favorable
