Performs evaluations, collects, and analyzes data to study outcomes of the community health related programs. Models appropriate behavior as exemplified in MLH Mission, Vision and Values.
Masters degree with emphasis in social science, psychology, or closely related human services field.
Minimum of two (2) years job relevant experience
:Experience with quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies, including experience with statistical packages such as SPSS or SAS.
:Demonstrated successful experience in conducting program outcome measurement, data analysis, and related reporting.
:Interpersonal skills sufficient to conduct interviews and facilitate focus groups.
:Shows respect for and acceptance of ethnic, cultural, gender, and generational differences.
:Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate activities with grant partners toward one goal.
:Valid Tennessee drivers license and insurable by the Medical Centers insurance carrier. 13;

:Performs and coordinates activities required to initiate research studies.
:Conducts evaluation studies that examine the effect/outcome of services provided under a specific community health program.
:Follows established procedures, ensures compliance with grant requirements, quality standards, compliance activities, and policies and procedures.

:The physical activities of this position may include climbing, pushing, standing, hearing, walking, reaching, grasping, kneeling, stooping, and repetitive motion.
:Must have good balance and coordination.
:The physical requirements of this position are light work : exerting up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
:The Associate is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity, such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; or extensive reading.
:The conditions to which the Associate will be subject in this position: The Associate is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions; job functions are typically performed under conditions such as those found in general office or administrative work.
:Must have transportation to deliver care in the home setting.
:Available to work a flexible scheduling including evenings to accommodate program participant schedules. 13;
