Leader in the Self:Storage industry is seeking a TEAM:OF:2 highly motivated individual for Property Management position to LIVE ON SITE. Must have excellent phone and communication skills and be familiar with basic computer programs. Must have marketing and customer service skills. We are looking for an outgoing TEAM:OF:TWO with strong sales backgrounds.


:2 people must apply for this position together.
:Full time position is 40 hours per week.
: Part time position is 20 to 40 hours per week.
:Team must be able to fill both positions.

:Great customer service skills

:Licensed and insured drivers with regular access to a vehicle.

:Managers MUST live on site.

:Excellent phone and communication skills.

:Intermediate computer experience.

:Self Starter.
