JOB DESCRIPTION
**Client Services Specialist (Human Capital and Benefits)**
Join a fast-paced growing practice in a critical team role. The duties of a Client Manager include overseeing the service deliverablesof the account team, serving our clients- predominantly in the mid- to large-size group market, multi-state and national-basis.
Interface with team members, supporting client account executives, Willis Towers Watson executives, and sales producers. Account specific travel may be required. Retention is expected and new client revenue or rounding of accounts is encouraged.
This position provides day-to-day service to Willis Towers Watson clients. Includingworking closely to support Sr. Client Managers, Account Executives, and Producers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of client services, whilecontrolling ameaningful book of business.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage basic and complex service issues and research for team members on client-related issues
+ Manage day-to-day client needs
+ Critically evaluate solution ideas by considering data, precedents and input from stakeholders; assess complex information
+ Prepare reports for stewardship, pre-renewal strategies, renewals presentations, placement activity along with analysis
+ Responsible for completion of the daily support for clients including employee benefits brokerage, consulting, and general account management
+ Prepare and review presentation of annual client deliverables and reports
+ Provide technical assistance in financial and data analytics
+ Interact with carriers and Third Party Administrators
+ Prepare Request for Proposals and presentations
+ Keep clients up to date on the latest legislation (i.e. Healthcare Reform, HIPPA, COBRA, FMLA)
+ Manage marketing efforts or work with marketing departments as necessary
+ Capitalize on internal subject matter experts and external compliance, 5500 reporting, legislative adherence, Willis internal compliance protocols
+ Demonstrate and support Willis Towers Watson Values
+ Promote and execute on the team vision and strategy
**Job Requirements:**
+ Degree or industry-specific designation preferred
+ Excellent time management and organizational skills
+ 0- 2 years of employee benefits industry experience in the areas of benefits, enrollment, and compliancewith demonstrated technical knowledge of self-funding, stop-loss, renewal underwriting, claims analysis, and contract review
+ Must possess strong written and oral communication skills
+ Strong technical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
+ State insurance license required. Must be obtained within 30 days of hire
+ Enthusiastic team player
